I decided since most of the 'treats' in the pantry had 'high fructose corn syrup' in them, that I should make a treat for Jerry and Breoni that was all about 'homemade'. It was also a good test for me to see my resolve to the diet! I did great and the cookies were (still are!) a hit around home!
