We had an incredible weekend. The festivities started on Thursday afternoon at Dad Martin's house. Julie prepared a wonderful turkey and we all pitched in with the rest of the meal. The Ashliman's (Jana, Gordon and Derek), the Jones's (Julie, Brandt, Timber and Forrest), Dad Martin and our family had a wonderful time chatting and eating (of course!). Some of the highlights were... the COOL drink dispenser the Ashliman's brought, the 8 layer Jello and Dad Martin's Prayer!
We then headed back to our house for a wonderful dinner with our Family, my Parents, Trevor and LA and fam, Stan and Lisa, Susie, Arlene... the regular crew! Sorry...we were having so much fun cooking and talking that we didn't take any pictures.
Friday was the best day of the weekend... we started with a BREAKFAST for Kings. My mom was doing personal omlett's! We had a little dancing fest, a super fun football game in the street, a bundle of laughs courtesy of Sierra and Savannah who BOTH got in Jerry's snow pants and the evening activity of Ice Skating. Participants were the Sorensen's (Mike, Linda, Savannah, Shawn and Charlee), the Stauffer's (Trevor, LA and Sierra), Martin's (Jerry, Tara, Breoni and Kyrie), the older Stauffer's (Michael and SusanAnn) and Uncle Stan.
Saturday, we had another breakfast (apparently...EATING was a theme!) and more fun and games throughout the day with the whole family!
